  1. Become a list-maker. Start every day with a to-do list and refer back to it during the day.

  3. Focus. Concentrate on one task at a time. Juggling or multi-tasking sounds more efficient than it really is.
  4. Delegate. The most effective and successful business managers are the ones who share tasks and responsibilities.
  5. Make every minute count. When you’re in waiting rooms or stuck in traffic, use that downtime to review or modify your to-do list. And when it’s time to relax, make those minutes count, too. Focus on your rest and relaxation just as you focus on work-related tasks.
