  • While you will naturally want to thank the person or people that you interviewed with, you will also want to stress why you want the job and how your qualifications and experience make you the ideal candidate.
  • In many scenarios, you will interview with multiple people. Send each person an individual thank you versus sending a group message. It will be much more professional and personal to do it this way.
  • If there were any important questions that you did not get a chance to ask during the interview, your email is the perfect place to address them. Again, this will demonstrate a high level of interest in the position.
  • Send the personal thank you card too! It demonstrates you are a cut above candidate to your interviewer.

Always be sure to thoroughly proofread your thank you emails before sending them!
